Verantwortung für die Implementierung und Einhaltung des Scrumprozesses für agile Teams Erhalt und Ausbau der Leistungsfähigkeit des Teams Moderation von Sprints Schnittstelle für das Scrum Team zu Fachabteilungen und Kunden Erstellung von Reports sowie deren Interpretation und Präsentation dem Team gegenüber

Requirements

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium der Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation Erste Berufserfahrungen als Scrum Master oder Agile Coache Scrum Master Zertifizierung von Vorteil Sicherer Umgang mit dem MS Office Paket, insbesondere MS Excel Teamplayer und exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
