Verantwortung für die Implementierung und Einhaltung des Scrumprozesses Eigenständige Organisation und Moderation der regelmäßigen Scrum Meetings Unterstützung bei der stetigen Weiterentwicklung neuer Methoden Schnittstelle für zu den internen Stakeholdern zur Identifizierung von Optimierungspotentialen Erstellung von Reports sowie deren Präsentation

Requirements

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium der Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation Erste Berufserfahrungen als Scrum Master (m/w/d) oder Agile Coach (m/w/d) Sicherer Umgang mit dem MS Office Paket, insbesondere MS Excel Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise Analytische Denkvermögen und Teamfähigkeit
