The team consists of eleven employees and is looking forward to shaping the future with you. The job is to be filled full-time and will take place remotely on a daily basis as well as on site in Guxhagen.

• Responsible for technical advice regarding the application possibilities and expandability of the SCADA system Biobrain® Supervise
• Advise and support service employees on a global level regarding the SCADA system in the event of technical problems
• Support the development departments through product release processes
• Close cooperation with the Quality and Development departments rounds off your range of tasks, * Personal and Professional Development: Mentoring, leadership programs, Talent Talks, internal seminar offerings

• Successfully completed vocational training with a focus on electrical engineering and relevant professional experience, alternatively a qualification as a technician

  Master’s degree or a Bachelor’s degree with a similar professional focus

• Good knowledge of Microsoft operating systems 10

  11 and MS Server 2022 & 2025 is required

• Confident in the use of computer hardware and software
• Network and IT administrator skills are desirable
• Process understanding of complex automation systems

• Experience in the pharmaceutical

  biotechnology environment are desirable

• Strong communication skills and work at a high-level Service- and solution-oriented
• Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory, knowledge of German is an advantage
• Flexibility for travel in EMEA for up to 20%
