Job description

  • Strategische und konzeptionelle Beratung in der Angebots- und Presales-Phase mit Schwerpunkt SAP HCM und SuccessFactors
  • Ableitung technischer Anforderungen und Entwicklung individueller Kundenlösungen
  • Aktive Mitwirkung im Business Development, Gewinnung neuer Kundenprojekte und Aufbau langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen
  • Bearbeitung von Ausschreibungen, Erstellung von Aufwandsschätzungen sowie Durchführung von Kundenworkshops

Requirements

  • Fundierte Erfahrung als Consultant mit Schwerpunkt SAP HCM/SuccessFactors
  • Beratungskompetenz sowie technisches SAP-Verständnis
  • Reisebereitschaft
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
