Job description

  • Betreuung und Beratung von Kunden bei Fragestellungen rund um SAP SuccessFactors mit Schwerpunkt Performance & Goals (SAP P&G)
  • Eigenverantwortliche Steuerung von Projekten, von der Analyse der Kundenanforderungen bis zur Konzeption passender Lösungsansätze
  • Implementierung, Customizing und Weiterentwicklung von SuccessFactors-Modulen
  • Durchführung von Workshops und Schulungen zu SAP SuccessFactors-Anwendungen

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossenes IT-orientiertes Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich SAP HCM/SuccessFactors, insbesondere Performance & Goals
  • Kenntnisse in mindestens einer Programmiersprache
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse
