• Providing administrative support to line managers and specialist managers, as well as project leaders, within the OZD and IOA departments
• Assisting with departmental organisation, including asset management
• Maintaining the OZD intranet section and drives in accordance with departmental guidelines
• Editorial support in the preparation of specifications and tender documents
• Support with external correspondence (e.g. with authorities and customs)
• Preparation of purchase requisitions and call-off orders
• Assistance with the management and maintenance of the OZD service portals
• Support in the review of expense reports and the approval of invoices
• Implementation of the staff onboarding and offboarding process, as well as coordination of internal relocations
• Acting as a representative for maintaining the global room register, creating and amending technical workstations
• Support with the coordination of the building cleaning service, including cost-plus contracts and monthly invoicing

Do you have experience in SAP?, * Completed technical or commercial apprenticeship (or equivalent)

• Experience as an assistant
• Very good knowledge of MS Office
• Solid knowledge of SAP desirable
• Basic knowledge of project management is desirable
• Experience in the manufacturing sector or industry is an advantage
• Ability to work in a structured and independent manner
• Ability to work as part of a team
