Experteer Overview In this role you will lead SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and/or Time Management implementations for diverse clients, guiding best practices and aligning HR processes with scalable cloud solutions.You will work with cross?functional teams across SD Worx’s international Cloud Business Line to design, configure, and transfer knowledge for ongoing support.The position offers growth in a dynamic, growth-focused environment with ongoing training and certification opportunities.You will engage with senior stakeholders and help drive successful transformations that connect HR processes to business value.Compensaciones / Beneficios* Lead end?to?end SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects for Employee Central and/or Time Management* Design and configure SuccessFactors solutions aligned with HR best practices* Conduct client workshops, trainings, and knowledge transfer sessions* Guide clients on SAP best practices and roadmap awareness* Collaborate with international Cloud team to share knowledge and drive innovation* Facilitate process walkthroughs to map business processes to solution functionality* Ensure smooth handover to customer and maintenance teams for ongoing supportResponsabilidades* Led at least one end-to-end SuccessFactors EC and/or Time Management implementation* Excellent communication and presentations to senior stakeholders* Proactive learner, up-to-date with SAP technologies* SuccessFactors Associate EC Certification* Strong understanding of HR processes* Fluent English (B2-C1)* Autonomous and self?managing with initiative* Enjoys working in a growth company with process improvement mindsetRequisitos principales* Comprehensive training and development programs* Flexible working schedule* Private medical insurance 100% covered* 25 vacation days* Workation: ability to work from abroad up to 4 weeks/year* Laptop and equipment provided
