Job description
We’re seeking a Network Administrator who brings both technical depth and a customer-first mindset. In this role, you’ll support core infrastructure, modern cloud tools like Microsoft Intune and Teams, and the A/V and network systems that keep our organization running smoothly. This is an opportunity to help shape a secure, connected, and forward-looking technology environment.
End User Support & Workstations
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for hardware and software issues via phone, email, and in-person.
- Deploy, configure, and maintain Windows workstations.
- Manage the full lifecycle of peripherals, including printers, scanners, and docking stations.
Microsoft 365 & Security
- Administer M365 user accounts, licenses, and groups (Distribution and Security.
- Ensure endpoint compliance by maintaining antivirus definitions and OS patch levels.
MDM/MAM & Intune
- Enroll and manage mobile devices (iOS/Android) and laptops using Microsoft Intune.
- Package and deploy applications and configuration profiles to remote and on-site devices.
Network & Telephony
- Monitor and troubleshoot basic connectivity issues across switches, VLANs, and wireless access points.
- Perform physical cabling, port patching, and rack organization as needed.
- Configure and support Teams Phone for voice.
Server & Virtualization
- Assist with the monitoring of server health and virtual machines (VMware/Nutanix).
- Perform routine server maintenance, including updates and resource allocation adjustments.
- Monitor backup jobs and assist with data recovery requests to ensure business continuity.
Meeting & On-Call Support
- Assist public meetings scheduled during your on-call rotation (Evenings).
- Respond to incidents during your on-call rotation (After hours).
Requirements
Do you have experience in iOS?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, Any combination of training and experience that would provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities is qualifying. A typical way to obtain the required qualifications would be:
- Equivalent to graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with major coursework in computer science, information technology, or a related field; AND
- Five (5) years of responsible network management, computer systems, systems analysis, or related experience
