Remote Workday Paradox Change Manager

Our client is looking for a contractor that can support the Change Management team. The Mid-level Change Management contractor will help prepare and build change management deliverables for the Global Workday Project. The project has already established a change management strategy and a communication plan. This person will assist with global stakeholders and coordinate readiness activities for the project.

• 5 -10 years’ experience as a Change Management resource
• Experience with Workday Recruiting Module
• Experience with HR modernization efforts
• Experience with change management principles, methodologies and tools
• Strong stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across multiple countries and understand change requirements
• Strong communications skills Paradox
