CRM Operations Specialist

• Lead the student onboarding journey from initial acceptance through to successful physical or digital arrival.
• Manage the secure collection and verification of sensitive documentation; configure student platforms, manage tool access, and maintain the integrity of CRM systems and internal databases.
• Guarantee 100% compliance with established onboarding protocols and timeline benchmarks.

• Currently pursuing or possessing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, or Marketing.
• Proven background in customer success, operational coordination, or administrative management.
• Knowledge of CRMs and the Microsoft Office 365 workspace ecosystem.
• Professional-level fluency in English.

• 36-hour contract with a short day Friday and reduced summer hours.
