IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth IT operations for our Netherlands branch. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, technical expertise, and the ability to support both hardware and software systems in a dynamic environment., * Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.

• Install, configure, and maintain IT systems, applications, and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely manner.
• Monitor system performance and ensure IT security compliance.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and backups.
• Document support requests, resolutions, and system updates.
• Liaise with vendors and service providers for IT-related needs.
• Support IT projects, upgrades, and process improvements.

Do you have experience in Windows?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

• 2-5 years of experience in IT support or technical services.
• Strong knowledge of operating systems, networking, and IT security practices.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Windows, and IT management tools.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in dynamic environments.
• Fluency in English; Dutch proficiency is an advantage.
