Job description

As an IT Business Analyst - SAP OMP & Supply Chain , you will contribute to Arxada’s continued transformation by strengthening the performance, integration, and reliability of supply chain planning systems. You will work collaboratively with global stakeholders, applying your expertise to simplify complexity, enhance system capabilities, and enable smarter operational decisions. This is a highly impactful role suited for someone who brings curiosity, resilience, and a drive to go beyond-ensuring our planning and execution ecosystems run seamlessly across regions., * OMP Support & Configuration: Provide hands-on functional and technical support covering solvers, dispatchers, and ADM rules.

  • Customize & Optimize OMP Solutions: Configure pyramids, conflicts, dashboards, and multi-user setups to meet business requirements and enhance planning performance.
  • Business Process Analysis: Conduct gap assessments and define improvements to strengthen supply chain planning efficiency and operational execution.
  • SAP Integration: Ensure robust data flow and alignment between OMP and SAP PP, supporting accurate and reliable planning outcomes.
  • Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve OMP-related challenges to minimize disruptions across planning activities.
  • User Training & Knowledge Sharing: Deliver training and support to end users, empowering teams to adopt best practices confidently.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to upgrades, enhancements, and testing cycles that reinforce system quality, scalability, and resilience.

Requirements

  • Proven hands-on OMP experience, including solvers, dispatchers, and ADM rule configuration.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing planning processes (MPS, DPS, MRP, demand/supply balancing).
  • Experience in process optimization, workflow enhancement, and planning process improvement.
  • Ability to translate business needs into scalable, practical technical solutions.
  • Proficiency with SAP Production Planning (PP) and integration with OMP.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to collaborate across global teams.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and proactive troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain, Engineering, IT, Business, or related field.
