Requirements

The Global SAP IT Senior Analyst will play a key role in supporting and enhancing Supply Chain Execution processes across the EU region, with a primary focus on Manufacturing, Plant Maintenance, and Quality., Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related discipline, or equivalent work experience. Seven years of experience in IT supporting business enabled processes in Supply Chain execution (Manufacturing, Quality and Plant Maintenance) Ability to develop product requirements based on input gathered from a variety of sources including analysis of results and feedback from the user community Ability to develop test conditions and expected results based on the application requirements Ability to document and communicate progress against plans, taking corrective action as necessary Ability to identify, clarify, and resolve issues and risks, escalating them as needed Strong interpersonal and customer relationship skills Demonstrated leadership and problem solving skills Experienced in SAP Manufacturing and SAP Quality Experienced in Plant maintenance tools and its integration with SAP Customer centric approach and attitude Experience with Service Now a plus
