Dispatch Support

• Support the Dispatch team with daily administrative and clerical tasks.
• Maintain truck and trailer maintenance records and ensure equipment documentation is up to date.
• Create, update, and maintain operational spreadsheets and reports.
• Assist with driver documentation and daily operational paperwork.
• Monitor and update shipment and delivery information.
• Communicate with drivers, warehouses, consolidators, and internal departments.
• Assist with appointment scheduling and route planning as training progresses.
• Provide general support to the Logistics team as needed.

We are looking for a detail oriented Operations Support Coordinator to join our Logistics team. This position will primarily support the Dispatch department with administrative and operational tasks while learning our transportation operations. The right candidate will grow into responsibilities such as route planning, appointment scheduling, and dispatch coordination.

Excel proficiency is required, as this role involves working with reports, tracking information, and maintaining operational records., Required:

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Weekend availability.

Preferred:

• Dispatch, transportation, or logistics experience.
• Experience with truck and trailer maintenance tracking.
• Experience working with routing or transportation management systems.
