Computer Operator

• Monitor and respond to company emails related to shipments and deliveries.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate Excel spreadsheets.
• Track incoming and outgoing shipments and update shipment statuses.
• Enter/import shipment information into the warehouse management system.
• Coordinate the receiving and import of shipments into the warehouse.
• Prepare and dispatch delivery information and paperwork.
• Coordinate with drivers, warehouse staff, customers, and carriers regarding shipments.
• Maintain accurate records of received, stored, and dispatched shipments.
• Identify and report shipment discrepancies, delays, or missing information.
• Ensure all data and shipment records are entered accurately and on time.

We are looking for a reliable and organized Computer Operator to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with email, Excel, shipment tracking systems, and warehouse operations., * Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

• Good computer and email skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced logistics environment.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Previous experience in logistics, warehouse operations, freight forwarding, or shipment tracking is preferred.

Schedule: Full-time

Experience with warehouse management systems, shipment tracking, and logistics documentation is a plus.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
