Job description
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Integration Center Specialist to join our warehouse operations team. This position is responsible for shipping, receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and maintaining accurate inventory records through ERP systems. The ideal candidate will have experience working in an automated warehouse environment, utilizing scanning technology, and following established inventory management procedures. This role is critical to ensuring products and equipment are processed accurately and delivered on time., * Receive incoming shipments and inspect products for accuracy and damage.
- Store inventory according to established procedures and standards.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and system updates.
- Enter and manage inventory data within ERP systems.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Troubleshoot inventory discrepancies using ERP systems and reporting tools.
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts as required.
- Follow inventory management and warehouse SOPs.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.

Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience working in an automated warehouse environment.
- Experience using scanning or scan gun technology for inventory management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to follow documented procedures and work instructions.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to safely lift up to 75 pounds.
- Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using ERP systems.
- Previous forklift experience or forklift certification.
- Experience with shipping and receiving operations.
- Experience with inventory control and cycle counting.
- Technical school coursework, associate degree, or related education.
- Experience with ShipExec or similar shipping software.
- Relevant warehouse, logistics, or inventory certifications., * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to identify and resolve inventory-related issues.
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support warehouse operations.
- Continuous improvement mentality and ability to recommend process enhancements.
- Comfortable working with technology, inventory systems, and warehouse equipment.
