Job description

TheBusiness Change Facilitatorwillbe responsibleforimplementingchange management within the Digital Health Protection programme (DHP) delivery.The role provideschange planning and delivery support forthe programme to deliversignificant changeand benefits tothe people of Wales.

You will act with autonomytosupport the embedding and delivery of change across all business areas of the programme with impact across the organisation.The role requires strong collaboration with clinical, operational, and national partners, ensuring that initiatives are co-designed, embedded effectively, and deliver long-term benefits.

Main duties of the job

TheBusiness Change Facilitatorwillbe responsibleforimplementingchange management within the Digital Health Protection programme (DHP) delivery.The role provideschange planning and delivery support forthe programme to deliversignificant changeand benefits tothe people of Wales.

Working with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, theBusiness Change Facilitatorensures that programmes are well-embedded,and userscantransition through the delivered change. They manage complex programme interdependencies, lead businessplanningandbenefits delivery.

A key part of the role issupporting business change,trainingand onboarding of users to the Digital Health protection service. Ensuring digital solutions are embedded in ways that support long-term service sustainability., Operating at the interface betweendigital, serviceand businessdelivery, theBusiness Change Facilitatorensures that programmes are aligned with national and organisational priorities, meet assurance requirements, and deliver value. The role demandsoperationaloversight.

Requirements

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply., * Educated to degree level in a suitable field, including but not limited to Psychology, Business Administration, Health and Care, Technology delivery, or equivalent demonstrable experience or equivalent level of knowledge/skills.

  • Evidence of continued professional development.
  • Post graduate diploma qualification in change Management or programme management qualification e.g. Procsi Change Management Practitioner, APMG Change Management Practitioner or equivalent experience
  • Proficient in the technical development of eLearning, graphic design, and web content., * Business Change Experience
  • Experience of delivering IT or web training in the workplace
  • Experience of project implementation
  • Experience / understanding of NHS patient-based information, pathways and protocols
  • Experience of training to support business change
  • Experience of using computer systems to an advanced level
  • Experience of developing course material and other related documentation to support business change
  • Ability to work autonomously managing own workload
  • Knowledge of healthcare delivery within the NHS
  • Competence in the use of desktop applications, * Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Track record of complex problem solving in a change management environment.
  • Ability to demonstrate understanding and application of our workplace values, together with the underpinning behaviours identified for success in the role
  • Ability to build effective relationships with, and influence, senior stakeholders
  • Resilient and determined, with strong negotiation skills and ability to constructively challenge
  • Ability to communicate sensitive or contentious information appropriately
  • Advanced IT skills in a range of desktop applications including developing communications and delivering evidence-based reports.
  • Proficient in the use of standard Microsoft software, such as Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, * Welsh Speaker (Level 1) or willingness to work towards., * Travel around Wales, and possibly further afield on a regular basis
  • Ability to travel between sites in a timely manner to meet the needs of the service.
