IT Business Analyst / Developer (Manufacturing Systems)

The Business Analyst / Developer supports and enhances critical systems within a manufacturing environment. This role bridges business needs and technical execution, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions across both legacy and modern platforms. The Business Analyst / Developer is collaborative, organized, and capable of translating business requirements into actionable deliverables for development teams and supporting manufacturing operations., * Partner with manufacturing, operations, and business teams to gather, analyze, and document system requirements

• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications, and hand off to development teams
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and stakeholders to ensure accurate implementation of requirements
• Analyze production workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
• Design, develop, test, and maintain applications across legacy and modern platforms
• Support and enhance existing systems, including RPG/CL and legacy Java applications
• Develop and maintain web-based applications using Spring Boot, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Develop and optimize SQL queries, reports, and data integrations
• Assist with system integrations between shop floor systems, ERP platforms, and external applications
• Troubleshoot system issues and support production operations with a team-oriented approach
• Maintain documentation for systems, processes, and enhancements

Do you have experience in Time management?, * Proficiency in legacy Java and modern Spring Boot Java frameworks

• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience gathering and documenting business and system requirements
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems in a manufacturing environment
• Understanding of system integrations and data flows
• Experience working within a team-based development environment
• Ability to analyze complex business processes and recommend improvements
