Test Analyst

Role Title: Test Analyst Work mode: Hybrid, 2-3 days WFO/week Contract duration: 12 months Location: Reading, UK Occasional travel to client locations for workshops, testing activities, and key project milestones might be required.

Pay Rate: £281 per day all inc. (Inside IR35)

Job Description:

4-8 years overall testing experience with at least 2-3 years in Client HCM UK Payroll testing. Strong experience in Client HCM Cloud Payroll (UK) testing. Good understanding of UK Payroll processes, including PAYE, National Insurance (NI), pensions, statutory payments, and year-end processing. Experience in functional, integration, system, regression, and UAT testing. Ability to create and execute test scenarios, test cases, and defect management activities.

Mandatory Skills:

Knowledge of Client HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, and Time & Labor.
