Business Systems & Automation Specialist (Zoho CRM)

We’re not looking for a high-level consultant or someone to produce strategy documents. We already know where we’re going. We’re looking for someone who can build it.

You’ll work closely with senior management to implement an exciting automation roadmap across both Blue A and Blue Solar, becoming the person our team turns to for business systems, workflow automation and digital innovation.

Alongside automation projects, you’ll oversee the day-to-day administration of our business systems and IT environment, ensuring our people have the tools they need to work efficiently.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Become the internal owner of our Zoho One environment and business systems.
• Build and improve automated workflows across the business.
• Configure CRM processes and operational workflows.
• Connect software platforms using APIs, Zoho Flow, Zapier and other integration tools.
• Replace manual, paper-based processes with efficient digital solutions.
• Develop dashboards, reporting and operational insights.
• Support users with new systems and encourage company-wide adoption.
• Manage user accounts, software licences, Microsoft 365 administration and general business IT.
• Work alongside external IT providers where required.
• Research and implement new technologies, AI tools and automation opportunities that improve business efficiency.

Experience with all of these isn’t essential - we’re looking for someone with the right technical mindset who enjoys learning new technologies.

Essential

• 2-5 years’ experience in Business Systems, CRM Administration, IT Systems or Business Automation.
• Experience configuring or supporting CRM platforms.
• Experience creating automated workflows.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• A proactive mindset with the confidence to take ownership of projects.

Highly Desirable

• Zoho CRM / Zoho One
• Deluge scripting
• Zapier or Make
• SQL
• Experience working with APIs and system integrations.
