Multi-Media Designer

This is a full-time position which will support our marketing department, reporting directly to the director of marketing. It is based at our facility in Perrysburg, Ohio. Benefits include paid time off, 401(k) with employer matching, medical, dental, and vision insurances, disability insurance, and life insurance., * Produce high-quality graphics, photos, and video content for digital and print communications, including product literature, company website, print and digital catalog, social media, and advertisements.

• Design packaging graphics (e.g., product labels, boxes), and coordinate artwork with vendors for production.
• Organize and maintain content catalog of photos, literature, artwork, videos, presentations, etc. for use by various functions within the organization.
• Maintain brand integrity and develop standards/best practices for content.
• Assist in content planning for marketing campaigns.
• Must be creative, including the ability to review and analyze products to improve existing product and packaging designs.
• Other duties as assigned.

Do you have experience in Video production?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, Fresh Products is seeking a highly motivated, team-oriented, and creative multi-media designer to join its marketing team. The successful candidate will produce engaging visual elements and bring fresh ideas for repurposing existing print and digital content., * 3-5 years of working experience as a graphic designer, preferably in a digital and e-commerce environment.

• Photo and video experience a must.
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, commercial art, multimedia, or related field preferred.
• Required Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (specifically Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign). Experience with WordPress and Premier Pro a plus.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable with social media, specifically Instagram and Facebook.
• Strong skills in photo editing and compositing.
• Ability to work cooperatively as well as independently.
• Ability to be flexible and handle multiple assignments at once.
• Candidates must have good project management skills and interpersonal skills.
• Candidates must be highly organized, results-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
