AI Systems Architect

• Define and own end to end test strategy aligned with business goals, delivery models (Agile, SAFe, Hybrid), and risk profiles.
• Design test architecture covering functional, automation, performance, security, data, and compliance testing.
• Act as a quality transformation consultant to senior stakeholders, influencing roadmap and release decisions using data driven insights.
• Drive continuous improvement, including shift left/shift right practices and adoption of AI assisted testing and automation.
• Establish quality governance, metrics, and quality gates across the SDLC and CI/CD pipelines.
• Partner with Directors to translate strategy into executable test operating models.
• Provide leadership to ensure consistent execution across teams.
• Identify quality risks early and recommend proactive mitigation strategies.

Required Experience & Skills: 15+ years of experience in software testing / quality engineering, with 5+ years in a Test Architect or Test Strategy role. Proven experience defining and executing enterprise scale test strategies. Strong understanding of Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud based delivery models. Experience with modern test automation frameworks (UI, API, integration & Data), performance, and security testing. Excellent stakeholder communication, consulting, and influence skills. Ability to translate business objectives into practical, executable quality strategies.
