Job description
NetSuite Solution Architect to lead the end-to-end solution design and implementation of NetSuite ERP. The Solution Architect will serve as the overall solution owner, responsible for translating business requirements into scalable NetSuite solutions, driving architecture decisions, leading functional and technical design workshops, and ensuring successful delivery through go-live and hypercare. The project includes implementation of core financials, purchasing, fixed assets, inventory processes, project setup, and foundational revenue recognition capabilities., Solution Architecture & Leadership
- Serve as the overall NetSuite Solution Architect and primary solution authority for the project.
- Own the end-to-end NetSuite solution architecture and design.
- Lead discovery, design confirmation, and solution workshops with executive and business stakeholders.
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and NetSuite capabilities.
- Define scalable future-state architecture supporting Oriden’s growth strategy.

Requirements
- 10+ years of ERP implementation experience.
- 8+ years of NetSuite implementation experience.
- 5+ full lifecycle NetSuite implementations as Solution Architect.

- Experience managing offshore delivery teams.
- Strong client-facing consulting skills.
- Ability to present solutions to executive leadership and CFO-level stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- NetSuite ERP Consultant Certification
- NetSuite Suite Foundation Certification
- NetSuite Administrator Certification
- CPA, CMA, or Finance background preferred
- Renewable Energy, Utilities, Infrastructure, or EPC industry experience preferred
- Experience with SAP ECC to NetSuite migrations preferred
