NetSuite Developer & Application Manager

What Our Client Needs Our client needs a NetSuite Developer & Application Manager to lead the design, development, optimization, and day-to-day ownership of its NetSuite ERP platform.

Who You Are You are a hands-on NetSuite expert who understands complex ERP environments. You communicate clearly, solve problems quickly, and build systems that are reliable, secure, and audit-ready.

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain NetSuite customizations using SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteCloud technologies.
• Configure custom records, forms, fields, roles, permissions, dashboards, KPIs, and reports.
• Build workflows, automations, saved searches, advanced PDFs, and role-based dashboards.
• Own upgrades, release testing, patches, environment refreshes, and feature deployments.
• Support multi-entity, multi-currency, and multi-book accounting environments.
• Design and support integrations using SuiteTalk, middleware platforms, and API-based tools.
• Troubleshoot integration failures, performance issues, and data synchronization problems.
• Coordinate with vendors on support, licensing, upgrades, integrations, and issue resolution.
• Partner with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Customer Care, Field Service, Quality, and Compliance teams to deliver scalable NetSuite solutions.
• Provide Tier 2/3 support, root-cause analysis, documentation, training, and user enablement.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 7+ years of NetSuite development and administration experience in complex ERP environments.
• Strong experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, SuiteTalk, and NetSuite security and roles.
• Deep understanding of ERP financial and operational processes across Finance, Procurement, Inventory, and Revenue.
• Experience managing NetSuite upgrades, production support, and cross-functional enhancements.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Preferred experience in healthcare, life sciences, or other GxP-regulated environments.
• Familiarity with validation, audit readiness, access controls, and change management.
• Preferred NetSuite certifications, such as SuiteFoundation or SuiteCloud Developer.
• Experience with integration platforms such as Celigo, Dell Boomi, Workato, or similar tools.
• Experience with expense management tools, serialization, planning, or budgeting solutions.
• Exposure to Agile or hybrid delivery models.
