Help Desk/Desktop Support Analyst

• Manage and resolve end-user support requests through a ticketing system.

Seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide technical support across desktop, network, and cloud environments. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, experience working within a ticketing system, and a solid understanding of networking fundamentals in a hybrid cloud environment., 3+ years of IT support, help desk, or systems support experience.

Experience using ticketing platforms such as ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk, or similar.

Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, VPNs, and network troubleshooting.

Experience supporting Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory.
