Job description

  • Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for desktop, branch, network, and operational technology issues escalated beyond first-level support.
  • Deliver executive-level technical assistance including device setup, remote access support, conferencing readiness, and rapid issue resolution.
  • Coordinate technology projects related to office expansions, renovations, infrastructure upgrades, equipment deployments, connectivity, and implementation planning.
  • Support network operations including wireless deployments, switch and firewall change coordination, VLAN and IP support, and circuit turn up assistance.
  • Lead endpoint deployment and lifecycle activities including imaging standards, configuration, encryption, deployment, returns, and secure disposal.
  • Utilize ticketing systems to manage support requests while maintaining accurate technical documentation, procedural records, and knowledge base materials.
  • Support branch technologies and peripherals including printers, scanners, telephony equipment, UPS devices, cameras, and connectivity hardware.
  • Identify operational risks, recurring issues, or security concerns and escalate appropriate bank leadership.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree, technical certification, or formal IT training preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience supporting distributed IT environments, infrastructure operations, endpoint support, or technical field services.
  • Strong experience supporting Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, printers, peripherals, and common business technologies.
  • Working knowledge of networking fundamentals including wireless technologies, switching concepts, VLAN coordination, IP configuration support, and network monitoring tools.
  • Experience developing or improving operational procedures, technical documentation, and support processes.
  • Strong organizational, troubleshooting, and communication skills with the ability to manage confidential information professionally.
  • Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments, support executive users, mentor junior staff, and manage high-priority technical issues.
  • Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation required; flexibility for travel and after-hours maintenance, deployments, and urgent support activities as needed.
