Entgegennahme von Helpdesk-Anrufen und erfassen der Meldungen im Ticketsystem
Behebung von Störungen und Klärung von Anfragen
First und Second Level Support für IT-Anwender und technischer Support
Durchführen von dokumentierten Serviceprozeduren auf IT-Kundensystemen

Requirements

Praxiserfahrung im IT-Support
Fundiertes Windows-Infrastruktur-Wissen
Erfahrung bei der Installation und Administration von Client Betriebssystemen
Fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse in den aktuellen Microsoft Office-Paketen
