Job description

  • Als IT Servicetechniker unterstützt du ein Team bei der Betreuung der IT bei einem großen Kunden vor Ort im Rahmen von IMAC Dienstleistungen
  • Du bist für den Support der Mitarbeiter sowie die Wartung und Entstörung von Hard- und Software (z.B. PC, Drucker, Peripherie, Windows 7 / 10) im Büroumfeld mitverantwortlich.
  • Du behebst du Störungen Vor-Ort oder Remote, gelegentlich fährst du in die Zweigniederlassungen des Kunden.
  • Als Rollout Unterstützung hilfst du bei dem Umzug von Client-Arbeitsplätzen sowie deren korrekter Verkabelung.
  • Durchgeführte Arbeiten dokumentierst du in einem Ticketsystem., * Festes und attraktives Monatsgehalt

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung z.B. zum Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) Systemintegration, IT-Systemkaufmann (m/w/d), Informatikkaufmann (m/w/d) oder IT-Systemelektroniker (m/w/d) von Vorteil
  • Oder Berufserfahrung aus einer ähnlichen Tätigkeit wie z.B. als IT Techniker (m/w/d), Hardware Techniker (m/w/d), Support Techniker (m/w/d), etc.)
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Hard- und Softwarebereich: Microsoft Windows 7/10, Office 365, Outlook, Notebooks, Desktop PCs, Drucker, Netzwerke etc.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
