Job description

  • Set up computers, user accounts, and system access
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
  • Assist with Yardi user setup, permissions, and support
  • Support Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and internal systems
  • Help maintain IT equipment, networks, and devices across locations

Requirements

  • 3+ years of IT support / help desk experience
  • Experience supporting property management, construction, or multi-site environments
  • Familiarity with Yardi (big plus)
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and communication
  • Stable work history and team-oriented mindset
