Telecom Network and OSS Project Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Telecom Network and OSS Project Manager to manage projects for one of our Clients. Project Manager will lead complex telecommunications projects that enhance network infrastructure and operational support systems (OSS). This position offers an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of telecom technology, leveraging your leadership skills to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously with precision and enthusiasm., * Lead end-to-end project management for telecom network upgrades, OSS implementations, and infrastructure enhancements using methodologies such as Agile, SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework), Waterfall, and PMBOK standards.

• Develop comprehensive project plans utilizing tools like Microsoft Project, Visio, SharePoint, and Project management software to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Coordinate requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to define clear objectives, scope, and deliverables for enterprise software solutions involving databases like SQL and Oracle.
• Manage project schedules, resource allocation, risk mitigation strategies, and change control processes to maintain project momentum.
• Oversee the development of test cases, user acceptance testing (UAT), and test-driven development (TDD) procedures to validate system functionality before deployment.
• Facilitate communication across technical teams, vendors, and executive stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and progress updates.
• Drive release management activities including deployment planning, disaster recovery procedures, and post-implementation support to guarantee smooth rollouts of new network features or OSS systems.

• Extensive experience managing telecom network projects involving IT infrastructure, cloud computing (AWS), and enterprise software solutions.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile, SAFe, Waterfall; familiar with tools like Jira, VersionOne, TFS (Team Foundation Server), Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), SharePoint, and Visio.
• Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), IT governance frameworks, and project scheduling techniques.
• Knowledge of databases including SQL and Oracle; ability to analyze data for decision-making purposes.
• Expertise in requirements gathering, analysis skills, user acceptance testing (UAT), release management, and program management.
• Leadership qualities with excellent communication skills; capable of negotiating with vendors and stakeholders effectively.
• Organizational skills with a focus on time management; adept at managing multiple projects using Kanban or other Agile boards.
• Familiarity with IT governance standards related to disaster recovery plans and IT infrastructure security measures. Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
