  • Coordinate cross-functional teams comprising software developers, IT infrastructure specialists, QA testers, and business stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
  • Manage project risks through proactive identification, assessment, and mitigation strategies aligned with PMBOK and SDLC best practices.
  • Oversee software implementation processes including user acceptance testing (UAT), test case development, and release management to guarantee quality standards are met.
  • Facilitate Agile planning sessions utilizing Kanban boards and SAFe frameworks to foster continuous improvement and adaptive workflows.
  • Monitor project progress through comprehensive status reports while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders regarding milestones, issues, and changes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in technical project management within enterprise software environments with a focus on eCommerce platforms.
  • Strong familiarity with cloud computing services such as AWS and IT infrastructure management.
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing complex projects using Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies; experience with SDLC processes is essential.
  • Proficiency with project management tools including Microsoft Project, Visio, Jira, TFS, VersionOne, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word & Excel).
  • Knowledge of databases such as SQL and Oracle; experience with requirements gathering for database-driven applications is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement across technical teams and business units; negotiation skills are a plus.
  • Technical proficiency in enterprise solutions implementation including software development lifecycle (SDLC), test-driven development (TDD), release management, disaster recovery planning, and IT governance frameworks.
