LOC Software Project Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized LOC Software Project Manager to lead complex software initiatives within our organization. • Coordinate requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project schedules using tools like Microsoft Project, Visio, and Microsoft Office Suite to track progress and manage resources effectively.
• Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies proactively to ensure timely resolution and minimal impact on project timelines.
• Oversee the creation of test cases, user acceptance testing (UAT), and test-driven development processes to guarantee quality standards are met.
• Facilitate communication among technical teams-including SQL, Oracle databases, cloud computing environments (AWS), and IT infrastructure-to ensure seamless integration and implementation.
• Monitor project performance metrics using Jira, VersionOne, TFS (Team Foundation Server), and SharePoint to maintain transparency and accountability throughout the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
• Lead release management activities, disaster recovery planning, and IT governance compliance to uphold organizational standards.

Do you have experience in Technical Proficiency?, * Proven experience managing enterprise software projects with a strong understanding of SDLC processes and project management methodologies such as PMBOK and Agile frameworks like Kanban.

• Extensive knowledge of cloud computing platforms (AWS), databases (SQL, Oracle), and IT infrastructure components.
• Proficiency with project management tools including Microsoft Project, Visio, Jira, VersionOne, TFS, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word & Excel).
• Strong analysis skills with the ability to gather requirements effectively and translate them into actionable plans.
• Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and foster collaboration across diverse technical disciplines.
• Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder engagement at all levels of the organization.
• Familiarity with user acceptance testing (UAT), release management processes, disaster recovery strategies, and IT governance standards.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail and time management skills.
