Network Administrator

• Troubleshoot networking, wireless, and infrastructure issues

• Support and maintain client technology environments

• Assist with network equipment deployments and upgrades

• Configure and troubleshoot switches, wireless access points, and related hardware

• Support endpoint management and device administration

• Assist with infrastructure projects and technology implementations

• Provide remote and onsite technical support as needed

Additional Details:

• Flexible part-time schedule

• Approximately 20 hours per week

• Hybrid work arrangement with a mix of remote and onsite support

• Travel to client sites within Eastern Connecticut and nearby Rhode Island as needed

• Training provided on client environments and internal tools

• Experience in a Level II Support, Network Support, Systems Support, or MSP environment

• Strong networking and troubleshooting skills

• Experience supporting Microsoft and/or Google-based environments

• Familiarity with wireless networking technologies

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

• Strong communication and customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Ubiquiti/UniFi environments

• Microsoft Intune experience

• Experience with RMM tools
