  • Installation von IT-Hardware beim Kunden vor Ort
  • Mitnahme der Altgeräte
  • Löschen von Datenträger nach Vorgabe
  • Zusammenstellung auf Paletten zur Übergabe an Spedition
  • Dokumentationen im Ticket-System
  • Terminvereinbarung mit dem Endbenutzer

Requirements

  • Effiziente und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Freundlicher und Professioneller Auftritt
  • Eigenständige flexible und stets zuverlässige Arbeitsweise, stressresidenz und priorisiertes Arbeiten
  • Workplace Service Erfahrung sollte vorhanden sein (PCs, Notebooks, Monitore, evtl. iPhones), ggf. entwicklungsfähiger Junior
  • Gute Deutsch-Kenntnisse, A1 Englischkenntnisse für Dokumentationspflichten im Ticketsystem
  • Teamfähigkeit
