Job description

  • Analyze business and technical requirements to design effective test strategies and test cases
  • Develop, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases
  • Perform functional, regression, and integration testing
  • Identify, document, and track bugs using test management and bug tracking tools
  • Collaborate with developers, product teams, and other stakeholders to ensure quality standards
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies such as planning, refinements, and retrospectives
  • Communicate testing progress, risks, and issues clearly to stakeholders
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and best practices
  • Support automation initiatives using UiPath RPA

Requirements

Do you have experience in Test Case Documentation (Quality assurance practices)?, We are seeking a QA Engineer (Manual & Automation) to join our team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong experience in both manual and automated testing, capable of ensuring product quality in fast-paced environments.

The selected candidate will play a key role in validating software functionality, identifying defects, and contributing to the continuous improvement of testing practices. This position requires a proactive mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams., * 5+ years of experience in Software Testing

  • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, processes, and tools
  • Proven experience in both Manual and Automation testing roles
  • Hands-on experience analyzing requirements and creating/executing test cases
  • 2+ years of experience with test automation using UiPath RPA
  • Experience working with test management and bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Tricentis)
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple deliverables
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
  • Advanced English level (B2/C1)

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the Insurance domain (strongly preferred)
  • Experience working with EPIC applications
  • Familiarity with additional automation tools or frameworks
  • Experience working with distributed or nearshore teams
