Sales Engineer - Cloud Service Provider

• Partner with CSP Account Executives to drive revenue growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction across Tier 2 CSP accounts
• Translate customer technical requirements into highlevel solution concepts and Lenovobased architectures
• Prepare configurations and ensure technical readiness for pricing, quoting, and commercial proposals
• Support customer engagements including technical discussions, evaluations, and proofofconcept activities
• Act as a technical interface between customers and internal Lenovo teams to resolve complex requirements or escalations
• Collaborate crossfunctionally with sales, operations, supply chain, and global product teams
• Evangelize Lenovo’s Infrastructure Solutions portfolio and influence customer technology strategies
• Build and maintain strong technical relationships with CSP customers across multiple levels of seniority

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in engineering, computer science, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in data center, server, or infrastructure solutions in a presales or technical sales role

Preferred Requirements:

• Strong handson experience with compute architectures, including GPU clusters; conceptual knowledge of storage and networking
• Experience translating complex technical needs into commercially viable solutions
• Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written); additional European languages are an advantage
• Proven ability to work independently in a fastpaced, highdemand environment
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with customers and internal stakeholders
• Willingness to travel within the US
