- Prioritisation and planning of projects and recurring requests.
- Managing expectations, tracking progress, and communicating results.
- Gathering business information requirements.
- Data exploration within the Datapool and/or external sources-ranging from data retrieval and processing to generating the necessary information.
- Proposing and creating KPIs.
- Building reports and analyses to present the information.
- Communicating results to stakeholders.
- Designing, developing, maintaining, and automating processes for recurring monitoring or ad-hoc requests.
To perform these functions, the following are required:
- Technical knowledge to produce reports requested by the business.
- Analytical skills to understand business logic and propose new ideas or strategies to drive business growth.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as creativity and attention to detail regarding data visualisation and communication.
Requirements
This role is ideal for a proactive individual with strong analytical skills, curiosity, and a desire to take on a broad, impactful role within the team., * Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering.
- Strong analytical and data management skills, utilising database analysis and processing tools: high proficiency in SQL; fluency in Data Discovery, statistical analysis, Python, Git, and Airflow; background in programming languages.
- Creation of dashboards using visualisation tools such as QlikSense, Looker, etc.
- Advanced proficiency in office software (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
The following will be valued:
- Experience working with or analysing customer experience (NPS, touchpoints, etc.).
- Prior experience with Google Cloud or other cloud platforms (AWS, etc.).
- Prior experience in the banking sector within analytics or BI departments., * Management of large data volumes
- Management of information projects (liaising with clients and suppliers)
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Proactive, enthusiastic, committed, and collaborative
- Flexible profile with the ability to adapt to change
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Business and customer experience orientation
- Definition and tracking of commercial KPIs
