CaixaBank is a financial group with a socially responsible, long?term universal banking model, based on quality, trust, and specialisation, which offers a value proposition of products and services adapted for each sector, adopting innovation as a strategic challenge and a distinguishing feature of its corporate culture, and whose leading position in retail banking in Spain and Portugal makes it a key player in supporting sustainable economic growth.Which projects do we work on?We are seeking a Data Analyst to drive the development of the bank’s information layer and deliver direct value to the business and management.The mission is to transform data-both structured and unstructured-into actionable insights that foster a better understanding of the business, the market, and our customers, while identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.The successful candidate will join a cross?functional team and play a key role as an end?to?end analyst, combining ad?hoc analysis, process automation, KPI definition, and dashboard creation with active participation in migrating our processes and projects to the cloud.This role is ideal for a proactive individual with strong analytical skills, curiosity, and a desire to take on a broad, impactful role within the team.Responsibilities include:Regular interaction with management and business units to understand needs and translate them into data?driven solutions.Prioritisation and planning of projects and recurring requests.Managing expectations, tracking progress, and communicating results.Gathering business information requirements.Data exploration within the Datapool and/or external sources-ranging from data retrieval and processing to generating the necessary information.Proposing and creating KPIs.Building reports and analyses to present the information.Communicating results to stakeholders.Designing, developing, maintaining, and automating processes for recurring monitoring or ad?hoc requests.To perform these functions, the following are required:Technical knowledge to produce reports requested by the business.Analytical skills to understand business logic and propose new ideas or strategies to drive business growth.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as creativity and attention to detail regarding data visualisation and communication.Minimum requirementsBachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering.Strong analytical and data management skills, utilising database analysis and processing tools: high proficiency in SQL; fluency in Data Discovery, statistical analysis, Python, Git, and Airflow; background in programming languages.Creation of dashboards using visualisation tools such as QlikSense, Looker, etc.Advanced proficiency in office software (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).The following will be valued:Experience working with or analysing customer experience (NPS, touchpoints, etc.).Prior experience with Google Cloud or other cloud platforms (AWS, etc.).Prior experience in the banking sector within analytics or BI departments.Key competenciesManagement of large data volumesManagement of information projects (liaising with clients and suppliers)Ability to translate business requirements into technical specificationsProactive, enthusiastic, committed, and collaborativeFlexible profile with the ability to adapt to changeStrong communication and interpersonal skillsBusiness and customer experience orientationDefinition and tracking of commercial KPIsWhat do we offer?Join the most innovative bank in Western Europe, as recognised by the “The Innovators” awards from the US magazine Global Finance.Onboarding programme and personalised support for your professional development.Individual training path with access to our online platform, offering an extensive catalog of self?learning resources.#J-*****-Ljbffr
