Job description

  • Lead end-to-end execution of cross-functional infrastructure programs by defining objectives, scope, roles, and responsibilities, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and successful delivery throughout the full project lifecycle.
  • Drive large-scale initiatives across engineering and business teams by facilitating collaboration, managing program strategy, applying change management practices, and ensuring all changes are reviewed, approved, and aligned with program goals.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks while managing stakeholder expectations, resolving issues proactively, and ensuring clear communication across diverse audiences by translating technical concepts into business-relevant insights.
  • Establish and manage scalable processes for gathering and fulfilling stakeholder requirements, conduct data analysis to define metrics and generate insights, and perform simulations to anticipate capacity issues and optimize infrastructure performance and cost.
  • Lead executive-level program communication, escalation management, and strategic alignment while influencing cross-functional teams, driving decision-making, and executing with both high-level vision and detailed rigor in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Stakeholder relationship building?, * 5+ years of experience in Technical Program and Product Management, including feature development, roadmap management, and Agile methodologies within infrastructure or platform development teams.

  • 5+ years of technical leadership experience, demonstrating the ability to operate independently, deliver results, and maintain a high level of organization, creativity, and attention to detail, is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience with program and product lifecycle management, including development, launch, and ongoing management phases.
  • Strong skills in program and product management, infrastructure platform development, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong program leadership skills with the ability to operate independently and deliver results in a highly organized manner are preferred.
  • Strong technical acumen with the ability to quickly learn new technologies is preferred.
  • Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional programs in a fast-paced, matrixed environment is preferred.
  • Experience managing the lifecycle of large-scale programs is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate risks and implement mitigation strategies are preferred.
  • Proven ability to build trust with stakeholders, influence senior leaders, and drive alignment across teams is preferred.
  • Experience with infrastructure platforms, including streams (PubSub), storage, and operational excellence, is preferred.
