Job description

  • Define and drive UX/UI and CX strategy, vision, and standards aligned with business priorities, leading product design initiatives from concept through execution while ensuring measurable business impact and user engagement.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders to define user needs, prioritize features, align roadmaps, and ensure seamless integration of design, technical feasibility, and business goals.
  • Own product lifecycle activities including innovation workstreams, roadmap development, business case creation, requirements definition, and delivery of scalable, high-impact digital solutions.
  • Advocate for and evangelize experience design across the organization, influencing senior leadership, resolving stakeholder conflicts, and ensuring alignment with compliance, legal, and regulatory standards.
  • Mentor and guide junior designers while fostering a culture of design excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement, and partnering with global teams to drive consistency, efficiency, and shared learning.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Stakeholder engagement?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * 10+ years of experience, including 7+ years in UX/UI, product design, or experience design roles.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, marketing, or a related field.
  • Advanced degree, or equivalent experience (e.g., MBA or related graduate-level qualification).
  • Experience working in agile environments and within regulated industries (healthcare, pharma, highly regulated industries, or similar).
  • Proven success in managing complex projects requiring strategic planning and operational execution.
  • Advanced knowledge of workflow tools, automation systems, and compliance frameworks.
  • Proven experience owning product lifecycle activities, including strategy, roadmap development, execution, and performance measurement.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills in complex, matrixed environments.
