Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Hard- und Softwarekomponenten Fehlerbehebung und technische Unterstützung für Endbenutzer Verwaltung von Netzwerken und IT-Infrastrukturen Dokumentation von Systemänderungen und -aktualisierungen Unterstützung bei der Implementierung neuer Technologien und Systeme

Requirements

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im IT-Bereich oder vergleichbare Qualifikation Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Installation und Wartung von Betriebssystemen (Windows, Linux, etc.) und Anwendungssoftware Erfahrung in der Fehlerbehebung und im technischen Support Kenntnisse im Bereich Netzwerktechnik (LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, Routing, etc.) Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung und Weiterentwicklung
