Grup Núñez i Navarro busca un técnico capaz de gestionar las obras, reformas y expedientes de mantenimiento de activos patrimoniales.Se encargará de recopilar, ordenar y actualizar información técnica, elaborando informes y apoyando al Facility Manager.Se requieren 1-3 años en entornos técnicos, dominio de GMAO, Office y AutoCAD, y flexibilidad para trabajar en Barcelona centro.Idiomas: catalán y castellano; contrato indefinido a tiempo completo.#J-*****-Ljbffr
