Job description

Convermax in Barcelona is seeking a Product Support Engineer to help deliver exceptional customer support for our distributed search engine used by auto parts stores. You will troubleshoot, debug, and fix code issues, working with JavaScript/React/Redux on the client side and C#/.NET on the server side in a high-performance environment.

Requirements

You will communicate with customers in English, manage inquiries via email, escalate complex cases to the development team, and contribute to product quality
