Job description

At Convermax, we’re developing a powerful search engine tailored for online auto parts stores. We’re looking for a Product Support Engineer to join our team and help deliver exceptional customer support. This role requires a unique blend of strong communication skills and technical expertise-you’ll be assisting customers by directly troubleshooting, debugging, and fixing code issues. We work with JavaScript/React/Redux on the client side and C#/.Net on the server side in a complex, high-performance distributed architecture that counts milliseconds. Around 500,000 users rely on our service every day., * Manage technical inquiries and support requests via email.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve straightforward issues in C# and JavaScript code.
  • Escalate complicated cases to the development team when needed.
  • Keep customers informed on the status and progress of their requests.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in English.
  • Experience with C# and .Net on the backend.
  • Web development skills in HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
  • Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in an office setting.
