5+ years of full-stack engineering experience (React, Node.js, REST APIs) Experience leading projects or small engineering teams Comfort working with React Native or mobile-first development Familiarity with Azure cloud services and deployment workflows Exposure to AI-driven product features (e.g., GPT APIs, voice agents, intelligent UIs) Based in Portugal or Spain with fluent English communication skills Nice-to-Haves Experience using AI-enhanced developer tools like GitHub Copilot , Cursor , Clide , or similar IDEs Experience with n8n , Zapier, or similar no-code/low-code tools Interest in building for edtech, jobtech, or social-impact platforms Familiarity with UX collaboration and fast-paced product iteration Passion for the future of work and AI-assisted career tools
