Job description

We are seeking a Python Developer to design, develop, and support custom applications, automation tools, system integrations, and data-driven solutions that improve business operations and drive organizational efficiency. This role will be responsible for developing scalable software, integrating enterprise systems, troubleshooting application issues, and delivering high-quality solutions that align with business objectives.

The Python Developer will collaborate with business stakeholders, software developers, infrastructure teams, and leadership to gather requirements, develop technical solutions, and support ongoing application enhancements. Responsibilities include application development, API integration, automation, database development, testing, code optimization, and production support.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on software developer with strong Python expertise, a solid understanding of modern development practices, and the ability to solve complex business problems through innovative technology solutions.

Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future must be eligible to work in the U.S.

  • Third-party candidates, C2C arrangements, and subcontractors will not be considered

3+ years of detail oriented software development experience using Python

  • Strong experience developing, testing, and supporting production-level applications

  • Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and web services

  • Strong SQL and database development experience with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar platforms

  • Experience with Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, FastAPI, or similar technologies

  • Experience developing automation, integration, and business process solutions

  • Knowledge of object-oriented programming principles, software design patterns, and best practices

  • Experience with Git, source control management, and collaborative development environments

  • Experience troubleshooting and resolving production application issues

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS

  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps principles, and Agile development methodologies

  • Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with technical and business stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or containerized application environments

  • Experience integrating ERP, CRM, HRIS, or other enterprise business systems

  • Experience with data processing, data engineering, or analytics platforms
