with NetSuite at its core.You will partner closely with Accounting, Strategic Finance, and Engineering to optimise how our systems operate, integrate, and scale.This is a high?impact, high?visibility role for someone who wants to be the person who makes finance run better.What You’ll DoNetSuite - Core OwnershipServe as the primary system administrator and functional lead for NetSuite ERPManage configuration, customisation (SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SavedSearches), and release managementOwn the NetSuite integration landscape, including connections to upstream and downstream systemsDrive the AR/AP, GL, and close?process optimisation agenda within NetSuiteLead system remediation initiatives (e.g. unapplied cash cleanup, open document resolution)Finance Systems EcosystemManage and optimise the broader finance tech stack including evaluating new AI toolsOwn the systems roadmap - evaluate new tooling, lead vendor negotiations, and retire legacy processesDrive system integration projects end?to?end, partnering with Engineering where requiredControls, Compliance & AuditOwn IT general controls across finance systems as part of the SOX programmeManage user access reviews, segregation of duties, and provisioning/deprovisioning workflowsAct as the primary liaison for auditor (Deloitte) and advisory (PwC) queries on systems and dataMaintain SOC report inventory and annual review process for all finance system vendorsProjects & Continuous ImprovementLead systems implementation and upgrade projects from scoping through go?liveIdentify and execute automation opportunities that reduce manual effort in the close cycleBuild and maintain systems documentation, including data dictionaries, process flows, and runbooksPartner with Accounting and FP&A to translate business requirements into scalable system solutionsWhat We’re Looking ForEssential7+ years of finance systems experience, with at least 4 years as a NetSuite administrator or functional leadDemonstrable hands?on NetSuite configuration experience: workflows, custom records, SuiteScript, saved searches, and reportingTrack record of owning cross?system integration projects from requirements through deliverySolid understanding of core accounting processes (close cycle, AR/AP, consolidation) - enough to speak credibly with controllers and auditorsExperience supporting SOX IT general controls or equivalent audit?facing compliance workStrong project management instincts: able to run multiple workstreams, communicate status clearly, and flag blockers earlyAbility to operate independently in a fast?paced, ambiguous environment with limited hand?holdingHighly ValuedNetSuite certification (Administrator, ERP Consultant, or equivalent)Experience with HiBob, Okta, LeaseQuery, or Carta in a finance contextExposure to multi?entity, multi?currency environmentsFamiliarity with SaaS or B2B travel/expense tech -
