Descripción del trabajoCompany Overviewteam.blue is an ecosystem of 60+ successful brands working together across 22 European countries to provide its 3.3 million SMB customers with everything they need to succeed online by offering best-in-class expertise and services.team.blue ‘s brands are a mix of traditional hosting businesses that offer services from domain names, email, shared hosting, e-commerce, and server hosting solutions and, as specialist SaaS providers, adjacent products such as compliance, marketing tools, and team collaboration products.This broad product offering makes it a one-stop partner for online businesses and entrepreneurs across Europe.Job OverviewWorking closely with the Head of Finance System and Transformation and team, the Finance Systems Operation Manager is responsible for operational stability, and delivery of Finance and Procurement systems, with a strong focus on billing, payroll, and procurement (Coupa) integrations, data migration, and BAU service management.Key ResponsibilitiesManagement of day-to-day operational stability of Finance and Procurement systemsSupport to billing, payroll, and Coupa integrations into NetSuiteData migration execution, reconciliation, and automationOperate a structured BAU Service Management model (intake, Jira, prioritization)Act as escalation point for critical incidents and data failuresEnsure audit readiness, controls, and operational documentationManage key stakeholders across Finance, HR, Procurement, IT, and AuditProvide operational KPIs and reporting to leadershipTasksIntegration monitoring, incident triage, and root cause analysis (RCA)Data migration planning, execution, reconciliation, and automationBAU backlog intake, prioritization, and release coordinationIdentification and delivery of automation opportunities across BAU processes (e.g. incident handling, reconciliations, data validations)Application of AI-driven capabilities to improveData quality checks and anomaly detectionIntegration error classification and prioritizationTrend analysis for recurring incidents and defectsContinuous optimization of BAU processes to reduce manual effort and operational riskDefinition and tracking of efficiency KPIs (automation rate, reduction in incidents, cycle time improvements)Coordination with transformation and architecture teams to industrialize automation and AI solutionsQualifications & ExperienceProven experience in large global transformation programmes for finance, or operations roles with in-depth knowledge of all accounting processes and how they are translated into ERP systemsSound understanding of accounting principles, financial controls, and regulatory requirements (e.g., GAAP, IFRS, SOX) in multiple jurisdictionsIn depth knowledge of implementing and optimizing Oracle’s NetSuite OneWorld solution or other big ERP solution for complex brown-field global companies - with appropriate qualifications and experiencesProven experience in tackling complex accounting scenarios and working with the Business community to create acceptable solutionsAbility to work with cross-functional Business teams to optimize both discrete and end to end operations in Oracle NetSuite OneWorld implementations for maximum operational performanceBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, CIMA/ACCAAnalytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and problem-solvingExcellent communication, presentation, and project management skillsAdditional RequirementsAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing prioritiesStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailWillingness to travel occasionally for meetings, training, or conferencesRight to WorkAt any stage, please be prepared to provide proof of eligibility to work in the country you’re applying for.Unfortunately, we are unable to support relocation packages or sponsorship visas.ESGAt team.blue , our commitment to caring for the environment and each other is at the heart of everything we do.Our latest impact report showcases our ongoing ESG efforts and ambitious sustainability goals.Interested in learning more about our dedication to making a positive impact?Check it out here .”Come as you are”Everyone is welcome here.Diversity & Inclusion are at our core.Far above any technical competence, we value respect, openness, and trusted collaboration.We do not tolerate intolerance.#J-*****-Ljbffr
