Global IT Project Manager

• Coordinate project timelines, budgets, and cross-functional activities for a global strategic program.
• Manage IT projects in a global or multicultural environment.
• Apply Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies.
• Utilize ITIL best practices for service management.
• Use tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, and HPSM.
• Work with distributed teams across different time zones.

• Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• More than 5 years of experience in software development or IT environments, coordinating project teams and managing IT projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall and Agile).
• Knowledge of IT service management best practices (ITIL).
• Experience with Jira, ServiceNow (SNOW), or HPSM.
• Ability to work with distributed teams across different time zones., * Certifications such as PMP or Prince2 Practitioner.
