bring along - 5+ years of experience in frontend development, including 2+ years experience in leading a team of developers - Very strong leadership skills to drive technology decisions and move a developer team forward - Ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders - High sense of ownership, quality awareness and structured, solution-oriented thinking - Strong skills in TypeScript and at least one of the frameworks Astro, React or Vue - Knowledge of modern build tools and CI/CD pipelines (Vite, Webpack, GitHub Actions, etc.) - Experience in frontend performance optimization and monitoring (Core Web Vitals, profiling) - Deep understanding of UX principles, responsive design and accessibility standards - Experience with frontend testing strategies and quality assurance - Very good written and spoken German or English skills
